CCH 2027 pricing model and Djerring frequency changes

For 15 years, CCH has embarked on one mission; Give a space for the FGC to shred, unite friends with one another, and strengthen the Melbourne FGC against all odds & entities, all in favour of a flourishing community united by one love.

But to continue sustaining our community, CCH has to change.

Recently, we have received a 50% increase for venue costs of the Djerring Centre, we have also been informed that we are not likely to receive funding via a grant we apply for on a yearly basis to support CCH.

It's for these reasons, starting the beginning of 2027; CCH will be moving to a new pricing model and frequency change:

• $10 Entry, $5 Entry for Bring-Your-Own-Setup.

• Djerring Centre (Home of Big CCH) will be utilized down to 4 times a year, instead of every month.

We would not make this decision unless it was absolutely necessary. We understand the importance of Big CCH to our greater community, though we also understand how valuable financial accessibility is to the community of Fighting Game Players. If things go well under these changes, we will look to increase the frequency of Big CCH @ The Djerring Centre over the course of the year in 2028.
